Please read before commissioning me!

I reserve the right to refuse your commission for any reason and without explanation.

Ordering a Commission

Please message me on Tumblr or ko-fi to request a commission.

I try to answer commission requests frequently and will do so in the order they are received. Please be patient!

Please provide a clear description of what you want, the type of commission, reference images and/or descriptions of your character(s), and anything else you may find helpful!

Payment

Commissions must be paid for upfront before I start working on them. You may send a request, but your commission will not be added to the queue until it is paid.

Payments will be made via cashapp or using the commission slots I have set up on ko-fi

Refunds are only available before I begin the commission or in the rare case where I am unable to complete the commission. I will attempt to reach out to you if this is the case.

In the event of a refund, the commissioned work, regardless of completion, remains under my ownership.

Any chargeback by the buyer will result in the forfeiture of their commission. I will also no longer offer my commission services to the buyer in the future.

Process & Timeline

I work on commissions in the order that they are received and fully paid for, however I will likely work on multiple at a time for my own need for variety.

Completion time can vary between a few days and a few weeks depending on the commission's complexity, current number of commissions, and my own personal health. I am a big believer in communication and honesty and will always communicate if I am taking a break or will take longer to complete your commission for whatever reason.

I will provide you with work-in-progress (WiP) updates throughout the commission. During the sketch phase, major changes may be requested. After the sketch phase, any major changes to the commission will have added fees.Minor changes, such as color adjustments, may be requested at any time.

I am willing to work with you on a deadline, please let me know! Rush fees may apply.

You are more than welcome to ask me any questions and request an update at any time, either via Tumblr or my ko-fi.

Usage & Credits

Once your commission is finished, you have the right to the artwork for your personal use.
- You are free to post and use it as you like, so long as you are not using it for commercial use.
- Providing credit is required.
- Do not remove my watermark, claim the artwork as your own, or draw over/edit/trace any of my artwork.

I retain full copyrights of my work and I reserve the right to post any commissioned pieces for self-promotional purposes and publish the art on my social medias.
However, please let me know if you prefer that I not post your commission.

Commercial use of my artwork and designs are not permitted unless negotiated (fees will apply).
- You may not, under any circumstances, sell my art.
- My art is not to be used with NFTs or with any Artificial Intelligence or Artificial Learning Technologies
